Returns - should you wish to get a refund or exchange, please inform us immediately via e-mail: with the subject ‘Return’. We only accept ‘Return’ notifications via email.

All orders have a 14 day returns policy. We accept returns and exchange notices made within 3 working days from when the order has been received by you. If we do not receive notification in 3 days we cannot refund you.

Any damages or issues with your order must be reported to us in 3 working days via email Any damages or issues with your order reported after 3 working days of receiving the goods can not be returned or refunded.

Products must be returned in there original designer box, in new, unworn or unwashed condition with all the original packaging and tags as this is considered part of the product. All clothing must be tried on without make up, until you have decided to keep your purchase to avoid marking and stain. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used, or the box is marked/damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned to you with no reimbursement.

Upon inspection of returned goods we will endeavour to process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made, we cannot refund to a different payment method. Shipment fee will not be refundable.

YULIA KONDRANINA can take no responsibility for the returned item/s until it has reached our offices safely. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. Please try to use a trackable postage service. We would advise to keep a note of the tracking number to provide proof of the return if necessary.

The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

Bespoke Orders - If an order is made ( with any product or service ) to bespoke requirements either with and not limited to project, colour, size, finish and quantity.. etc. This type of bespoke order is non returnable or refundable. Sale Purchases - Any item purchased on sale is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
Trade order returns carry a 30% restoring fee. That will be deducted from your order total when refunded.
